Deposits and Payments

soju88 accepts deposits made through the following Malaysian payment channels subject to current availability, minimum amounts and processing conditions: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX as well as direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits may also be accepted for eligible accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All deposits must be made from a payment instrument held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. soju88 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account without additional verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

Responsible Gambling Obligations

Suspension and Termination

soju88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or that continued account activity poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to pending investigation may be returned to the Player subject to completed KYC and AML review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international principles governing online gaming operations.
